We apologize for we have not been able to communicate with the customers who ordered Genshin Impact official products on time since last month.


The COVID-19 issue has worsened since the beginning of 2021, it has experienced a half-month statutory New Year holiday for Chinese companies in February. Many Chinese companies and factories have undergone great changes. These reasons have affected the production of goods, international transportation, and customs clearance efficiency.

After more than a month of hard work, this week, we finally received the good news from the official channels of miHoYo Inc. At present, we have finally been notified of the estimated production dates of the new products. ACG Go has calculated a new estimated shipping date based on the timeline provided by miHoYo, production plants, and freight companies.
